At INITIO Parfums Privés, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring the protective cellophane seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
